What happens to information submitted through this website. It is short because the site collects very little.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, firm or company and area of interest if you give them, and your message. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Like any website, our hosting provider handles technical details such as your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect the site. We don't use them to identify you, and we don't run analytics on them.

How the form works

Form submissions are delivered by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes them on our behalf in order to pass them to us. We delete a submission once we've replied to it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so visiting a page makes no request to anyone else.

Your data in our software

DFYCollect runs on your own computers, against your own evidence. We don't receive, store or have access to the documents it processes.

DFYAI, when we host your review. You send us a production, and we store it and run the review on our machines. How we hold, protect and delete that material is set out in the written agreement for that engagement, not in this notice. Its AI runs on those machines, and no document is sent to an outside AI service.

DFYAI on an appliance at your site. The evidence stays on the appliance, at your site. We have no access to it.

To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, get in touch and say so. We'll confirm when it's done.
